What is included in the monthly course fee?
Each package covers scheduled group or individual sessions, course materials, a placement test, and progress assessments. Higher tiers add conversation clubs, tutoring hours, and certificates upon completing a level.
Do you offer payment installments?
Yes, we accept monthly payments in advance for each course package. For longer commitments such as a full-term enrollment, we can discuss a payment schedule during registration at our Port Said office.
Can I switch between languages after enrolling?
Students on the Standard or Intensive plans can request to switch or add a language at the start of a new month, subject to available class spots. Please speak with our academic coordinator to arrange this.
What happens if I miss a class?
Missed group sessions can often be made up in another scheduled class of the same level, based on availability. We recommend contacting the front desk in advance to arrange a makeup session where possible.
Are there any additional fees beyond the listed price?
Our pricing includes standard course materials and testing. Optional items, such as official certification exams from external bodies, may carry separate fees, which our staff will explain clearly before you commit.
Is there a refund policy if I discontinue a course?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, typically prorated based on sessions attended. We encourage students to try a trial class before enrolling in a full package to make sure it suits their needs.
